Go to your email, confirm registration and create your password to the platform. 4. Start enjoying our 20-minute sessions and community access!

    For the time being, we offer a monthly membership that includes: 1. access to all our 20-minute sessions 2. our vibrant community 3. new sessions added monthly.

  • What is included in the monthly membership?

    Our monthly membership includes: 1. Unlimited access to all 20-minute workout sessions. 2. Entry to our exclusive community where you can share progress, tips, and motivation. 3. Monthly new sessions are added to keep your workouts fresh and exciting.

  • What payment plans are available?

    We offer two payment plans: 1. Per Class: Pay for each class individually. This plan gives you limited-time access to the specific class you purchase. 2. Monthly Membership: Enjoy unlimited access to all our classes and community for a month. This plan is renewable every month.

  • How do I access the community?

    Once you register and log in, you can access our community through the “Community” tab on your Dashboard. Here, you can interact with other members, join discussions, and share your fitness journey.

  • How does the per class payment work?

    With the per class payment option, you pay for each class individually. Once purchased, you will have limited-time access to that specific class. This is a great option if you prefer flexibility and only want to pay for the classes you take.

  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply go to your account settings and follow the instructions to cancel. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You can always contact us on our Instagram (DM) or by email if you have any trouble signing out.

  • How do I update my payment information?
